Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Each order comes with a shipment confirmation and tracking number sent to you by email from Caffè Toscani’s Online Store after purchase.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Caffè Toscani is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Caffè Toscani is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim and please remember take pictures to prove the damage. Do not use any damaged product.

International Shipping Policy

We ship internationally. Shipping cost will adjust accordingly and visible on our checkout page.

Returns Policy

Caffè Toscani offer returns, to start the return process please contact us by using the contact form on our website. You (the client) must pay for cost of shipping to return products to the provided address. We will review each case and offer you an exchange or coupon code if suitable.

If we accept your claim, you may also be entitled of full refund to the same credit card used on our online store usually within two weeks.
